According to the specifications established in agreement with institutions, site acquisition, renovation and  land-use change to accommodate various activities involving the specific application of veterinary standards and requirements related to PABs (public access buildings) or shops.

This building was the first built in France with stretched canvas manufactured by the Ferrari workshops.


To meet the specifications of the town and, therefore, modify the type of future users, the creation of an access road to the building to allow its optimization was required.

100% of the surfaces already delivered to their buyers. The operation will come to an end this year.  Type: Property development - 2019 Update, asset sold.


St Quentin en Yvelines (78)  > 12,500 m2 developed on 15,200 m2 of land.

Formerly occupied by Tyco and Mather & Platt 


Renovation of the current site in agreement with the institutions to adapt the buildings to their current needs. The lease marketing campaign is already underway, and a group of international standing has already leased part of the premises. The statutory filing for the works and building permits will depend on the applications to be submitted and on the natural articulation of the buildings.


Indeed, overly ambitious redevelopment would involve an increase in rental values, which would go against the desired goals, namely, maintaining the existing tenants in the long term and, if possible, in the premises.


For each transaction, it is necessary to find the right balance to meet a sustainable development policy and the continuity for the investments made.

Renovation of a site unoccupied for several years in order to adapt it to the current needs and the identified target of users. The majority of plots correspond, once individualized, to occupants of small and medium surfaces.


The aim is to recreate on-site its economic effervescence, thanks to the installation of companies that will be able to develop their activities after the reorganization of the surface areas. However, overambitious work would involve an increase in rental prices or sales that would against the desired goals, namely, maintaining existing and future occupants in the facilities in the long term.


For each transaction, it is necessary to find the right balance to meet a sustainable development policy and a continuity for the investments made.

Those case here-under does not take into account other substantial planned projects for which, the final agreement not completely endorsed or authorization appeal still in progress and, therefore, the creation of an investment pool not ratified yet.

Project: Renovation and transformation of a hospital site to create a new generation of residences for seniors in order to benefit this clientele with a wide range of services aimed at their wellness, through an economy of scale achieved for this complex. The peculiarity of the proposed developments aim to solve the current problems faced by this rather sedentary population in institutions in general.

2,500 m² castle with 45 ha of vineyard in Bordeaux area

Project: Renovation, transformation and extension of a 18eme century historic property into a touristic site opened to visit with exclusive hospitality resort offering a full package of cultural activities and entertainment including literature, music, events, sports, gastronomy and showcase. The property will be moved deeply to the new generation of building taking in account strictly the original architecture and the history with an integration of new technologies and renewal energies. Ecological project based on sustainable development concept, keeping in mind that we want to maintain the highest ratio of comfort and wellness for the guests, clients and visitors in the purpose to offer an unforgettable experience. Of course the food will be all natural but this is now the basic !
