Project: Renovation and transformation of a hospital site to create a new generation of residences for seniors, to provide these clients with a wide range of services aimed at their wellness, through an economy of scale achieved for this complex. The particularity of the proposed development is to solve the current problems that confront this rather sedentary, generally institutionalized population.
