Acquisition in progress of a 29,000 m² office and industrial complex in the Paris region for the purpose of its reclassification as commercial building, adapted to the needs of current and future occupants.

Our goal is to divide the building into several parts, based on the different metallic structures of the frame, assembled gradually during the construction, and define a wide range of spaces that would fit the demand.

This implies a deep study of the building in terms of characteristics and capacity, to be able to make the best choices for the lowest cost. We would also set up a budget for making it more visually attractive.
